Hi Chester,

As stated by others the lock up period expires after Jan 21, 1998. This, however, is only true for the stock that has been held for over two years. There will still be a fair number of shares that will still have restrictions as 144 restricted stock has to be held for two years prior to listing. EarthLink as stated in it's annual report completed three private equity placements and one debt placement during 1996.
