Boy, that must be some clause - all the other stocks I am aware of have been getting hit with "e" right and left if they don't dot every i and cross every t for the SEC. I hold NYRR, and it just got out of an "e" entanglement. I am amazed at the way CSNE has not been given an extra "e".
