Thread - this does not change my overall view of my AMD holdings but I was a little bothered that there are eight employees/trusts selling shares. Why sell out of stock with a 5B mkt cap (at the time) if you think you're worth $10+B.

I believe that on a Form 144, you have 90 days to sell the stock. These were filed in February - which means they would have to sell by sometime in May (I can't confirm if they've sold yet). So you could read this as a bullish or bearish sign. Could be that the insiders have been in the doldrums for so long, they finally can buy that house they've been looking at.
