John, OK on the lawsuit, but what happens if all the high risk technology aspects make simpler DRAM forms win out? I really didn't want to become any kind of a Rambus basher. However, since my biggest position is in Intel, I do have an ax to grind when it comes to companies on which Intel is so reliant. At this point I really wish they'd opted for a simpler memory technology. Main memory is not that big of a deal, what with all the caches of today, even on board and running at 1 GHz. Maybe they're in so deep there's no backing out. Tony
