Captain Jack....Capellas and CPQ. Steve Jobs is the example of an "innovative", "barbaric", "prophet" who fits the profile of what is needed in a turn around situation. Once that is achieved "administrators" and "builders/explorers" take over continuing the direction set earlier. (Pfeiffer was in the last stage "aristocrat") So far I see Capellas as the administrator type who might continue a predetermined direction after a turn around. What is needed now is a charismatic "barbaric" leader who will roll up their sleeves. (short of Al Dunlap). Capellas' profile doesn't seem to match CPQ's situation. Loki
