Let's not worry too much about "margin" at this point. The key story to watch is whether IOMG will indeed become the next floppy standard. If it does, it will be worth at least $10B! And as far as I can see, the story is unfolding very well; even better than I had expected.

Furthermore, I think people seem to be a bit confused between "margin" and "earning." Any royalty IOMG gets from TDK, Sony, etc will be pure profit, i.e. 100% margin. Royalty income will do wonders for Iomega's "margin." It may hurt earnings growth if IOMG loses significant amount of disk sales to other licensees. With all the advertising, I doubt this will happen. Furthermore, if Zip becomes the standard, it will be a big enough market for all the players.
