just an idea: QCOM announces buyback of its shares devotes a mere $200 million states intention to buy 1.6 million shares over this qtr these guys are sitting on over a $billion in cash but they got acquistions in mind soon result: stock jumps out of its funk, even prior to buys just an idea from a true jackass with little in/on his mind / jim
