David, What is the likelyhood of current tssw shares (ours) being converted into TSG if any. I heard that 3com shareholders were given a 1 to 1 ratio in the PALM IPO. I don't think there was even a conversion in that situation; they were just given one share of PALM for each COMS. I'm sure we won't know these details until the TSG IPO is upon us.
