Stefan, you and Michael should be with a quality outfit like Schwab! I tried to bail out of something around 9:30 this morning, server not working, could get quotes but not execute trades, so I called my "Platinum" team - after all, a Platinum member's different, right? Couldn't get through after 15 min of trying, gave up, major pissed off. Called back later in the afternoon, and by that time the stock I was going to sell was back up, the Server was working perfectly, and the "team" picked up in 7 seconds. "Well, you've got to understand sir, that when the server isn't working, everyone calls at once..." DUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! |
