CerealMan, re NUZA - I am aware of all the filings and press releases by the company, however I see it this way - if PLHYAQ (Planet Hollywood)http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=PLHYQ.OB&d=t or IMCC finance.yahoo.com, which are in a worse state for the common shareholders are trading well above .06. also from the filings "On September 22, 1999, one of the consultants exercised his option by paying the Company $30,000 in exchange for 1,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock" so from the last filing it shows someone has faith as a shareholder of NUZA.

Shells are trading .20-.30 and they have nothing but a statement saying they're looking for business, companies that are restructuring have a business - and the ones that aren't canceling the common shares are worth holding onto.

Plus there isn't too many decent penny stocks around a nickel anymore ;-) .

If there is patience with any good restructuring plan - there is money to be made!

Jim told me a story about a friend that wanted to hold a million shares of a company - just to say he had a million shares of something - well that company turned around (successfull restructure) and its stock shot to the moon making the guy a millionaire.

;-)
