I think this company has way too many shares outstanding at least 78 mil, and an offering of 61 million or something like that at $1 - I can't figure it out but that gives a market cap of 1.3 to 2.6 billion dollars for a company that does 1 million a year in online wagering/gaming. I wasn't sure what they had with respect to the other business because that pressrelease was so misleading - I'm glad I'm out - I sometimes can't believe the crap that I buy and which works out - Rationally I think this has to be less tha n 10 cents or so.
