I called Solvex this evening. I asked if we had a decision today. They said it would be a few days more. When I asked if the judge had said she would have her decision in 5 days I was told this was correct but she had also given the lawyers 5 more days to submit any more papers. This would mean we can expect a decision next Wednesday the way I figure it.
