Yep, got an email today from Gary Robinson of Omicron. I email and then spoke with him on the phone a couple of weeks ago (last week?) about this. From: Gary Robinson Sent: Wednesday, March 08, 2000 11:57 AM To: Michael Ernst Subject: SEC Filing The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission received a hard copy of Omicron Technologies' filing submission Tuesday, March 7 and the EDGAR copy of this submission was received this morning.
