I use Alltech - ATTAIN as a broker. I would say that it is fairly consistant as a server. My buddy uses ABW and we trade together, and his server goes down FAR more than mine does.

Mind you ALLTECH does not have discounted volume based commisions, but I guess you pay for what you get???
