Some good questions, DFC. I'm not sure about the answers.

One factor we can probably point to is the increasing number of institutions that have come on board as the price has appreciated. They're more likely to stay the course than small individual investors. If the investors who I'm familiar with and who've stayed with it for several years, as I have, represent a "snapshot" of the "typical" VLNC investor, then I'd say we're a pretty staunch bunch. Most of us don't suffer much anxiety as a result of the present trading range because the company is executing its plan as we'd expected, and we have a fairly high level of confidence in its ability to continue to do so. I guess it's less a case of buying "the stock" and more a case of buying "the company".

Those are some of my musings, anyway.
