Cybersurf Adds Former President & CEO of LSI Logic to
Management Team

CALGARY, ALBERTA--Cybersurf Corp., a full service communications
company, is proud to announce that Robert McInnes has joined the
management group as Interim Chief Executive Officer. In addition
to acting as a consultant to a wide variety of technology
companies and as an executive officer and director of a number of
public companies, Mr. McInnes was President and CEO of LSI Logic
Corporation Canada Inc. leaving that position in 1994. LSI Logic
Corporation of Canada was a controlled subsidiary of LSI Logic
Corporation a Fortune 500 company listed on the NYSE.

Mr. McInnes brings to the Cybersurf management group additional
strength with his years of experience in the high technology
industry, particularly in the area of corporate finance. "Mr.
McInnes' primary responsibility will be positioning the company in
new markets with a number of strategic relationships and to manage
the anticipated near-term growth of Cybersurf" said Mr. Gardner,
President and co-founder of Cybersurf.

Cybersurf has positioned itself as a full service communications
company by expanding on its core LAN, WAN and Internet
connectivity business with the purchase of Dognet Communications
Corp., one of Western Canada's leading high tech connectivity
solution providers. Additionally, Cybersurf has developed a wide
variety of software products for the communications industry that
are now ready for market. Cybersurf has formed a wholly owned
subsidiary called CyberSoft Communications Software Inc. which
will be responsible for the marketing of these products.

CyberSoft develops software in all the latest development tools
including Oracle and Java, and for a variety of operating systems
including Windows, Win95 and Unix. CyberSoft has contracts with
several oil and gas companies and have recently completed beta
testing for a communications software package to be used by
Cybersurf in Canada and a large communications company in the
United States. More information regarding these contracts will be
provided once competitive advantages have been exploited. Mr.
Paul Mercia, President of CyberSoft and co-founder of Cybersurf
says "There is no shortage of opportunities in the convergence of
telecommunications and computing. In this transition, we intend
to position the company to take full advantage of these
opportunities by relying on our strengths in both software and
network connectivity."

Cybersurf trades under the symbol CY on the Alberta Stock
Exchange.
