re: private mail received from cybercorp I would normally never repost a private message in public, but as there is no substance to the message I've included it below. Cyber has asked once again that I call to discuss issues posted in this forum privately, over the phone - I expect in regards to one or both of these: 1)Incorrect magin and overnite buying power calculations due to incorrect trade posts which create 'straddles' in our Penson acccounts, 2)No followup to the fact that 'test' island data was running though our listed stock boxes. Why was this data allowed though, and what effect could it have had on orders? (I previously gave a hypothetical trade) I have asked cyber to respond to issues that do not just effect me, but other clients as well - speaking in private denies others of this info. In any event, I did place a call to Cyber last Friday and left voice mail for the person that is handling the margin problems. I have not yet received a call back.
