Charles, I believe that most, if not all, online brokers are having these problems with OTC-BB stocks right now. Waterhouse has stated that they will discontinue online trading of OTC-BB's because of the problems with order executions and confirmations. Apparently, they want a live broker to advise you that these stocks do not trade by the same rules as listed stocks before you place a trade. After spending a day and a half last week getting a 2500 share market order to execute when the bid size was 2500 shares, today I was shocked to get an instant execution and confirmation on a 2000 share limit buy - at the bid. I think that shows that a lot of it is market maker performance. Kind of turns it into a little bit of a crap shoot right now. Jerry
