I believe that Avalons properties are far above average. I've had Bubar checked out and he comes back as kind of boring but an excellent geo and a nose for the quality properties. The issue is this. The company has no cash flow and it has a large suite of properties that to properly evaluate cost more money than they have. The company has to sell shares to finance this as they have no production. It is being run as though it had cash flow. I don't see any joint ventures with major companies? Why not take some risk off the table? Why not some farm outs? Why not? Whose economic agenda is driving this company? That's my question.
