I am not sure if anyone has Forbes here but I was reading the latest issue this morning over a bagel and found a couple interesting articles. (1) An article that essentially stated that Japanese semiconductor companies are poised to roar back to prominence. They mainly talked about Hitachi competing for the palm held computer microprocessor market but they also stated something to the effect of Hitachi going into the Digital Video Encoding market. Also that Fujitsu was either competing in or about to enter the digital settop box market. I forgot the article at work but I can post the pertinent quotes tomorrow so don't flame me anyone if I have a detail here wrong. (2) An article entitled "Shorted Fuisz" that talks about a company called Fuisz that has invented a method to make pills that dissolve in the mouth and do not need to be swallowed. The pertinent part is that this stock was mercilessly manipulated by short raiders who made outrageous claims. Nice to see it is not only Cube taking it in the "shorts". GR Dayton, Ohio
