Crazy market?
The market definitely behaves crazy in the sense that its totally driven by momentum.A stock, even with good fundamentals can sit around with forever or even go down as investors go elsewhere for the quick buck. This is the funny part with this white hot market - there are lots of companies around with very nice fundamentals but dirt cheap.
The investment criteria are as follows:
1) Affiliation with attractive market sectors
4) Improving fundamentals
2) Negligeable or even better negative analyst coverage
3) Small debt or even better net cash position
4) Inactive message boards

My current favorites:
a) Pseudo "old economy" (moneymaking)biotechs: Biochem,Alza
b) Drug companies
b) probably soon: insurance & finance sector companies

I think the market is as good as it gets for a value oriented investor with a nose for current trends. If I would only know what the crowd likes tomorrow...
