Mohan,many thanks for all of the very informative posts. I notice that you also started the NTRO thread and we can see how well it is doing lately. (How about sending me a PM before you start another thread?<gg> I am in ic.d and am puzzled by the various press releases about the bank and the regulator. (RBI) I have some comprehension (and therefore, anxiety) about banks potential for fudging the reserve expense for non-performing assets (loans). First, what is your take on this issue? Next, who is the lead investment banker for the bank's ADR? Last, how do you account for the bad press on the NPA's leaking to all the newspapers simultaneously? Does this likely happen politically from RBI or from some competitor that will seize a temporary market advantage?
