Vitas: Actually, the rule worked very well. Unfortunately, many look at the Nasdaq and believe it is the primary market. It is not. It is a speculative, secondary market--it always has been. However, there have been many quality companies in it as long as I can remember. There still are. In my opinion, we are in a bear market--it has not changed since January 16 or so.
