Dear Mel: I also am a LONG TIME COST shopper and more recent shareholder. I happen to agree with most everything said in the BULL rebuttal, but both left out one very important ingredient, On Line Sales. IMHO COST on line shopping is in its very early stages, there is a lot of room for growth there. In any event no way can one say this is a mature company. JDN
