Hey Tony. I agree with the other guy that Janus Global Tech is a great fund, but is closed. The Internet Fund (Kinetics, actually) has come out with a global Net fund: kineticsfunds.com weighted heavily towards telecomm. The only other fund I can think of is somewhat similar to Janus, it's Dresdner RCM Global Technology, I think its DRGTX, and I think a minimum of $5000, which may be a little high.
The global markets are indeed poised for a lot of pure growth, if that's what you're looking for. I believe you're a fellow INSP holder (btw, good call on HLIT, really great company, the broader markets have finally come to appreciate it), which gives you some int'l exposure.
