Some general observations concerning the stock portfolios. All the portfolios lost yeaterday. There seemed to be selling of the leaders yesterday, while the weaker stocks seemed to rally a bit. Perhaps money is moving from "overvalued" stocks to "undervalued" ones. The objective of maintaining the portfolios here is not to maximize profit, but to see how they perform over time. Perhaps there are cycles when they perform well and other times where they lose consistently. There may be times when one wants to go long the leaders and other times when one wants to short the leaders.
