This article confirms what you were talking about: salon.com It seems to me that these people are trying to alter normal behavior. Little boys will fidget and often be inattentive. This is something that needs to be medically altered? It is a natural male reaction to rebel against "time-outs" and "circle time." If masculine behavior is criminalized, only criminals will exhibit masculine behavior.
