Dear DLJdirect Investor, Because of the extraordinary growth in market data volumes, we have experienced delays with third-party quote vendors. This has caused performance problems with streaming quotes. Our Production Support staff monitors DLJdirect's daily operations, and is notified when there is a delay in our data feeds (the process by which we receive information from third parties). When we experience a delay, we disable streaming quotes. This procedure ensures that you do not receive inaccurate streaming information. Because of this inconsistent performance, DLJdirect will reimburse you for February and March streaming quote fees. We are confident that streaming quotes will be available next week, and apologize for any inconvenience this disruption in service may have caused.
