In reply to your message of today's date, Mark Cramb is on his way to
Uganda along with President Rick Ilott.

I can advise you that at our AGM yesterday, a great many questions were
answered and Cecil Musgrave was installed as a Director of Starpoint.

Starpoint is continuing its efforts to reopen our Yetwene Agreement and
the financing of this property. Advance notice to shareholders would be
given for participation in respect of financing if this is an option.
