Genzyme holds a buyback option on GZMO. Calling GZMO separate from GENZ is false. GZMO is essentially an off balance sheet cancer division of Genzyme. Keeps all that burn off the books. The provision, as I recall, gives GENZ the option of buying back GZMO at a 30% premium to the average x# trading days closing price at the exclusive option of GENZ.
