Our big problem here is we still don't have a clue on what the cut off date is! Anyone ask Dina re: the cut off date for these XSNI shares to have a value for the IPO? For all we know the date is already past, even though the buying would suggest it is not. Good Luck to us all in Canada and USA. We are the most screwed in this deal. I am happy that our friends in the UK JonC and tbagger should be ok, having had there shares tied up for 4+ years. I hope the people doing the class action get results, Moodyblue suggested 1 real integral point to this is the insider trading, which has been going on. Imagine we shall receive the info next week/week of Liberty Surf IPO. When I talked to Dina yesterday she said the deal is moving ahead as planned. Oh I guess that's when they forward our 1.26.
