Jeff: One of the things I noted at the Q am was that when Sulpizio was talking of G* handset run rates of 10-15 K per month the slide behind showed 25K capability. Does this mean they anticipate increasing the ramp to 25k soon or that sales are lagging and that production is not needed?

BTW I heard nothing specific about the fixed phone.

An upgrade of GILTF follows:

GILAT SATELLITE NETWORKS (GILTF): U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray on March 3 upgraded the shares of GILAT SATELLITE NETWORKS to a STRONG BUY from a BUY, and raised its price target to $190 from $110. The brokerage said the company, which is based in Israel and offers satellite-based telecommunications and data services, including Internet access, has lined up "great strategic partners" including MICROSOFT (MSFT). The company recently announced a deal with MICROSOFT to provide satellite-based Internet service to the American market. The brokerage forecasts 2000 EPS of $2.02 and 2001 EPS of $2.70.
