<Li is not letting us down! > In my research in Jan. -Feb., it appeared absolutely clear that Richard Li was already lining-up lucrative agreements, with the assumption that he would get the C&W 54% of HKTel. In the "bidding war," Li had to win; because of what he's already been arranging. Of course, this is JMHO {and the basis for why I am long in this stock}.
