Actel put this bit out Monday, but there is no mention of Gatefield or proasics. "Actel Announces 0.22-Micron Antifuse Technology" ..."The new technology was developed in record time for Actel and has already yielded working silicon. Antifuse FPGA devices from this new process technology are expected to sample in March 2000 with volume production expected by the second quarter. This new technology offers a 20-percent reduction in die size and a ten-percent improvement in performance over Actel's current 0.25-micron antifuse devices"... biz.yahoo.com I believe that Gatefields next step was to get the .22 going and note that it does refer to .25. We need to hear something about sales figures on the proasics.
