Charles, Thanks for the response. I finally did hear back from them and was told BB stocks are not considered listed...My next question was why then when a company gets the E for not being compliant and then its moved to the pink sheets it is "delisted"? I don't trade the pink sheets if I can help it and try to only use limit orders..I have had to wait 1/2 a day sometimes to get filled on some limits and I changed it to a market order and it fills almost right away...go figure....Thanks again.....
