True. And recall these words came after the "five screams" meaning if those screams came from Suzanne she was obviously now trying to exert control over the situation. Where is the knife at this point? Was she reacting to seeing a knife? Were the screams then reacting to just being chased? Whatever the case, with all her senses keenly aware of a problem I just can't see her turning her back on this guy, being felled in one blow, etc. (as I said in the last post).

One other thing I forgot to mention: if we assume Suzanne were killed with one blow then her body position doesn't make sense. She'd either have been walking along the side of the street where a blow would have splattered blood in the street and she'd have fallen forward into the street, or she'd have been on the sidewalk. If we assume she staggered then we'd have blood in two locations.
