Back a few months Red Herring did an issue on educational software and pointed out that retailers were signing exclusive agreements with distributors and thus making it more difficult for software publishers to gain shelf space. They pointed out that this is what drove the merger of MECC with Softkey. What are Sanctuary's distribution arrangements?
