Open letter to Mr. Ettore; Herzog has taken over the lead market making function. While Rolando has good contact with Lehman and you with Salomon Smith Barney; one of you must work with Herzog. It is important to learn how Mr. Gerstner of IBM work with his counterpart, the specialist of NYSE. The fact that IBM did become a stock as well as cash pool with the specialist, helped to improve stockholders' value. IBM stock has been steady as a rock since Mr. Gerstner had a program. However, on the Nasdaq, it is the lead market maker that is important. Good Luck.
