you didn't check Japan in the 80's? that was similar...it seemed unstoppable. the speculators were flipping the BoJ the bird every time it raised rates.
Greenspan's a paper tiger in WS's pocket. as you can see he's still pumping in liquidity through the back door. as long as he does that, the bubble will continue to grow at a 1-3% per day pace.
