To Darrell and All:

I sent the following message to NASDAQ:

"I own stock in RSYS, which I consider a fine promising company. I and several other investors in RSYS exchange information in a chat forum sponsored by Silicon Investors. We all have deep-seated reservations about the way RSYS trades. I guess the best way to express those reservations is by the following questions:

1. Isn't it unusual for a stock like RSYS to trade up or down 2,3 and 4 points on no news at least a couple of times a week?
2. Isn't it unusual for a stock like RSYS to have a spread between the bid and asked price of more than a point on most days, and almost never have a spread of less than a « of a point? (Isn't the specialist in the stock making an unusually larger amount of money on the spreads in RSYS?)
3. Isn't it strange that whenever RSYS threatens to move up, a large block of stock is traded BELOW THE BID PRICE?
4. Isn't unusual that the last trade on almost every day for the last month is a block of stock BELOW THE BID PRICE?
5. Isn't it peculiar that a company which keeps beating the Street's estimation of its earnings has more than a million shares shorted out of a float of only 4.4 million shares?
6. Isn't this stock being manipulated by certain short interests?
7. Is anybody watching?
8. Does anybody care?"

Tomorrow, I'll take on the SEC. I know them well and will not be kind!
