Mark: I'll try to dig something up.....It sounds very intriguing. From my perspective (Wall Street) I know of a couple investment bankers who don't know if those guys can get the financing to pull off the private placement. Further, if they do they have effectively shut out the investment community for their own personal gain....this is not good. I am going to do more work digging around....Anyone else hear anyhting....??? Comments??
