LGTO 216 PE, UIS 16 PE. Which would you buy? I know PE's don't mean as much as they used to but this is a ridiculous discrepancy. UIS's post Y2K recovery in growth should get it a 50 PE sometime later this year. The market hasn't recognized that yet but that dog will have its day again soon. -- Best longterm investment LOR right now at almost all-time low.
