EXPLORATION BREX INC. ("BX-M") - Presently Emphasizing Development of Exploration Properties - in Nevada and Guyana

Exploration Brex Inc. announces that it is presently emphasizing development of its exploration properties in Nevada and Guyana.

In the Nevada, the POD project, consisting of some 1.2 square miles, is centered on the southern end of the Carlin Trend, and lies at the intersection of the NW-SE Carlin Trend and the N-S Pinon anticline structure. It is located within a Carlin erosional "window" exposing at surface favorable lower plate sedimentary rocks. Brex presently has been allocated 50% of Mirandor's ownership in the POD group of claims which are part of the Railroad project.

Present geologic resources at the surface POD deposit are 1.4 million tons @ 0.085 oz/ton gold (D. Gaudreault, 1997)

In Guyana, the Aremu project consists of some 50 square miles located in an area of diamond and gold occurences.
