Chase, a Toronto based investor relations firm, purchased the software for $100,000.00 USD and in addition will pay a royalty on a per use basis for access to I-transaction?s Integrated Communication Engine (ICE). ICE allows Chase to disseminate information via e-mail and fax within minutes to all of its clients. This is extremely important for timely disclosure and allows its clients to react in real-time to changes in market conditions.
