I CANNOT beleive that Dil would ever get involved with this situation. but he has.
He is supposed to be an astute business executive. I wonder who steered him to SCA. It shows when you do not have a good financial executive to assist in decisions that you can get burned. I'm surprised the Company could not take legal action but I quess that the issuance of the convertibles are binding. I assume Dil has lost a paper fortune on this happening along with us shareholders.
If a million shares are still outstanding it will take maybe longer than a week. Note in the Inverstor Guru item I posted he alludes to a letter to the shareholders' concerning this matter. I never got one, I wonder if anyone else received a copy.
