Ira,

Based on 1997 estimates of 55 cents per share P/E is 20.5 with Friday's close (11.25). I talked to an Investor Relations guy yesterday. He seemed a little defensive when I brought up insider selling. I'm sure he's answered the question many times. But, do insiders feel the stock has peaked? Investors/traders take profits but if you think it's going higher, don't you keep a position?
