Calm down, people. Emotionalism (or worse) over EB can cloud your thinking and cost you money. The board has a perfect legal right to use COMS stock as it deems prudent for the benefit of all shareholders. Dilution is highly unlikely. More probable is an acquisition that would be accretive. I think EB and the board learned the lesson with USRX. Either way, it would likely take more than 6 months to complete. Moreover, with the SEC filings and the new FAQ on COMS' web site, it seems to me that in this quiet period COMS is doing all that can reasonably be expected of it to signal the distribution ratio.
