It's pretty clear that McCain is Campaign2000's novelty act. What a preening, self-important blowfart.

I saw Carl Bernstein on the other day, after McCain's huge losses and he insisted that the public wanted McCain and his "reform".

I wonder, is that the same public that refuses to check off the $3 for the presidential election fund? Last time I looked only 14% checked it off. I remember the NYTimes led the way around that, it used to be a $1 so the Dems just raised the value to $3 to get around the public resistance.

Bernstein said "everyone" is corrupt. And all the other Media types agreed. I guess that's their way of dealing with a GOP Congress - ispo facto that's evidence of corruption. Of course all the Clinton/AlGore scandals were mere errors, nothing wrong on the Left.

A gutsy lady, Rep Ann Northrup, took Bernstein on saying that she was not corrupt and then went on to destroy his lame argument.
