INTC and the "Dream Team"

I don't read anything sinister into this. The fact remains that INTC is capacity constrained and neeeds all of their fab capacity to stamp out Pentiums, Pentium Pros, and the new Pentium II chips while continuing to support an array of support chips used in their motherboards. What incremental capacity they have left over they seem to be using in the ethernet area (much to the woe of COMS et. al). TXN is more than capable of providing IOM with the Zip-on-a-chip logic and manufacturing capability.
