I am not sure what Universal Management's relationship is with E-Data.

I have noted though, that NO INSIDER is allowed to sell any of the 5 million insider shares that are outstanding before March 1997.

So, if Universal Management's shares are of the restricted type under Rule 144, they should not be able to sell until March of next year.
